We also share some moments from the awareness session on fraud and scams, promoted by the Mental Gym Project at the Monte Gordo Parish Council, in partnership with the GNR (National Republican Guard).

It was a moment of learning, sharing and clarification, where the importance of recognizing risk situations and adopting safer behaviors was reinforced, both in daily life and in the digital world.

At the Monte Gordo Parish Council, in partnership with the GNR (National Republican Guard), we promoted an awareness session on fraud and scams, integrated into the Mental Gym project.

The "Mental Gym," promoted by the Portuguese Red Cross through its Vila Real de Santo António branch, is currently underway, offering a program aimed at the senior population that combines cognitive and physical stimulation with the use of new technologies, including virtual reality, and the promotion of digital literacy.
